- 18 ozs chocolate Ice cream (removed from the freezer for 20 minutes)
- 5 ozs Ginger biscuit (crumbled)
- 2 cups fresh Raspberries

1 Cutting board, 1 Small knife, 1 Peeler, 1 Pot mit Deckel, 1 Large knife, 1 Non-stick pan, 1 Measuring cups, 1 Wooden spoon, 1 Tablespoon, 1 Sieve
Preparation steps
1.
Meanwhile whip the cream until stiff.
2.
Put half of the ice-cream into a large glass bowl and smooth the top. Scatter with half of the biscuits and press down slightly.
3.
Add half the cream and half the raspberries. Next add the rest of the ice cream and the rest of the biscuits and finish with a layer of cream. Scatter the remaining raspberries on top, put into the freezer for about 10 minutes and serve immediately.
