Layered Cheese Dip
Mix quark and cream cheese until creamy with heavy cream and lemon juice. Season with salt and pepper. Remove half and stir in chives.
Mix remaining quark mixture with 2/3 red pepper and paprika.
Rinse arugula, spin dry and set some aside for garnish. Add remaining arugula to a food processor with peeled garlic, oil and almonds.
Layer in 4 small glasses using a pastry bag. Begin with paprika cream, top with quark and chive cream and finish with arugula mixture.
Serve with breadsticks.
