500 grams Tomatoes
2 sprigs rosemary
2 sprigs thyme

Preparation steps

1.

Peel garlic, cut into thin slices and mix with salt, pepper and olive oil. Rinse lamb chops, pat dry and coat with marinade. Let stand for at least 30 minutes. 

2.

Blanch tomatoes in hot water, rinse and peel, cut into small wedges. Heat a little marinade in a pan and brown chops for about 1 minute per side on high heat. Add tomatoes to the pan. 

3.

Rinse and shake dry herbs, pluck off leaves and chop finely. Add to the pan and simmer for about 3-4 minutes on low heat, season with salt and pepper. Serve in a pan with fresh baquette, if desired.
