600 grams lamb (from the leg without fat and sinews)
1 onion
2 garlic cloves
2 Tbsps chopped parsley
2 Tbsps lemon juice
2 tsps sweet ground paprika
2 tsps ground Cumin
salt

4 Tbsps olive oil
Bell pepper (1 green and red)
4 firm Tomatoes
4 chili peppers

Preparation steps

Cut the lamb into 2 cm (approximately 3/4-inch) cubes. Peel the onion and the garlic, finely chop the onion, squeeze the garlic through a garlic press. In a bowl, mix together the onion, garlic, parsley, lemon juice, paprika, cumin and oil, season with salt and pepper. Add the meat, toss to coat and refrigerate 4 hours.

Heat the broiler and broil the skewers, turning them as they cook until the meat is cooked through and the vegetables are crisp-tender, about 15 minutes.
