- 800 grams Veal kidney (oven-ready prepared)
- 2 Tbsps vegetable oil
- 250 grams button Mushroom
- 4 centiliters Cognac
- 200 milliliters Veal stock
- 100 milliliters Whipped cream
- salt
- peppers

Preparation steps
1.
Rinse the kidney, pat dry and cut into bite-size pieces. Saute in 1 tablespoon of hot oil in a nonstick frying pan until brown and remove.
2.
Rinse the mushrooms and cut into slices. Saute in the remaining oil in a frying pan and pour in the cognac. Pour in the stock and the cream and let simmer for about 5 minutes until slightly creamy.
3.
Add the cream and the kidney pieces and let finish cooking for about 5 minutes. Season with salt and pepper and serve.
