3 cups Red wine vinegar

Product recommendation
Wash the bottles in hot soapy water, rinse well with boiling water and put in a low oven to dry and become warm. Leave until cold before filling.

Preparation steps

1.
Put 700g strawberries into large jars and crush lightly. Add the vinegar, cover with a lid and place in a warm dark place for 4 days, shaking the jars occasionally.
2.
Strain the vinegar into cold sterilised bottles, discarding the strawberries. Add the remaining strawberries to the bottles and seal tightly.
3.
Decorate with ribbon and store in the refrigerator for up to 2 months.
