- 18 ozs ripe Tomatoes
- 2 Tbsps extra virgin olive oil
- 1 Tbsp white wine vinegar
- salt
- freshly ground Black pepper
- For the bases
- 1 rustic Loaf of bread (sliced)
- 1 clove garlic cloves (halved)
- 2 Tbsps olive oil
- To garnish
- parsley

1 Cutting board, 1 Small plate, 1 Large knife, 1 Tablespoon, 1 deep bowl, 1 Immersion blender, 1 Citrus juicer, 1 Non-stick pan, 1 Slotted spatula, 1 kleine Ladle
Preparation steps
1.
Put the tomatoes in a bowl and pouring boiling water over them; stand for 1-2 minutes, when the skins will slip off easily. Halve the tomatoes, scoop out and discard the seeds and dice the flesh.

Mix the tomatoes with the oil and vinegar. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Cover and set aside.

Heat the grill

Grill the bread slices until lightly browned on both sides.

Rub the bread slices with the cut garlic and brush with olive oil.
6.
Spoon on the tomato topping and garnish with parsley.
