- 4 mini sun-dried tomato focaccias (or olive focaccias)
- 3 Mozzarella (drained)
- 16 fresh Basil
- olive oil (for drizzling)
- salt
- peppers

Preparation steps
1.
Preheat the oven to 150°C | 300F | gas 2.
2.
Place the Focaccia on a baking tray and warm in the oven for 10 minutes. Don't overcook, the Focaccia should be warm and soft.
3.
Slice each of the Focaccia in half and drizzle a little olive oil, or if you prefer a thin layer of butter. Slice the mozzarella into thick slices.
4.
Arrange on the Focaccia garnish with 3 basil leaves.
5.
Drizzle a little olive oil, season with salt and pepper and serve with a fresh garden salad.
