Irish-style Coffee Drink
In a saucepan, bring the milk to the boil and remove from the heat.
Use a handheld whisk to froth the milk.
Place a teaspoon of demerera sugar in the bottom of each cup and pour over the whisky, stirring to dissolve the sugar. Add the coffee, stirring well.
Pour the frothed milk carefully over the back of a tablespoon so that it sits on top of the coffee.
Hold the clover leaf stencil over the top of the milk and dust with the cocoa powder to create a clover leaf on top of each coffee.
