- 3.333 cups Glutinous rice flour (tepung beras)
- 3.333 cups Tapioca flour
- 2 cups Coconut milk
- 8 cups water
- 3 ¼ cups white sugar
- pandan paste
- red Food coloring

Mix the flours, sugar, santan and water and divide into three equal parts.
In one part add 1 teas pandan pasta
One part add the red food colouring until a pink colour
Leave one part plain
Tear the daun pandan in small pieces and divide into the three parts. Steam one layer at a time alternately until all the mixtures are finished.
Steam for another 10 minutes and leave to cool. Slice thinly and serve.
