- 3 cups Tomatoes (sliced)

1 Cutting board, 2 Knives (1 großes, 1 kleines), 1 große Non-stick pan, 1 Slotted spatula, 1 Peeler, 1 Vegetable brush, 1 dünne Rubber gloves (vorzugsweise Einweghandschuhe), 2 Pots, 1 Slotted spoon, 1 Casserole dish mit Deckel (ca. 2,5 l Inhalt), 1 Measuring cups, 1 Teaspoon, 1 Fine-mesh sieve, 1 Whisk, 1 kleine Ladle
Preparation steps
1.
Heat the oven to 190C (170C fan) 375F, gas 5.

Heat 3 tbsp oil in a small pan and gently cook the garlic until softened.

Roll out the pastry to a thickness of 1 cm/ 1/4 ", cut 10 cm/ 4 " diameter circles and place on a greased cookie sheet. Leaving a 1 1/2 cm/ 1/2 " rim, score an inner circle on the pastry and carefully remove the top two layers of pastry from the inner circle.

Lay the sliced tomatoes in the middle of the tarts, scatter over the fried garlic and drizzle over the remaining oil.
5.
Season with salt and pepper and bake for 15 - 20 minutes or until golden brown.
