Ingredients

Ingredients
1 ¼ cups flour
0.333 cup butter
6 tablespoons cold water
1 cup conserve or jelly of your choice (e. g. raspberry or strawberry)
flour (for working)
butter (for the tartlet pan)
Preparation

Kitchen utensils

1 Tablespoon, 1 Small knife, 1 Large knife, 1 Citrus juicer, 1 Cutting board, 1 Slotted spatula, 1 große Non-stick pan, 1 Teaspoon, 1 Small bowl, 1 Fork, 1 Serrated knife, 1 Paper towel

Preparation steps

1.
Preheat the oven to 200°C/400°F.
2.
Butter and chill a tartlet pan.
3.
Rub the butter into the flour until it resembles breadcrumbs, then add the water and work to a pliable dough. Roll out on a floured work surface and cut out circles a little bigger than the holes in the tartlet pan. Press the pastry circles into the holes and fill each with about 1 tablespoon jelly or conserve. Cut hearts, stars etc, out of the pastry scraps and put on top of the jam filling. Bake in the preheated oven for about 15 minutes. Then take out of the oven, leave in the pan for short while and take out and cool on a cake rack.
