- 1 ⅔ cups fresh Blueberries
- all-purpose flour
- 1 ⅔ cups all-purpose flour
- 2 teaspoons Baking powder
- 1 egg
- 3 tablespoons honey
- ½ cup Yogurt
- ½ cup Sour cream
- ¼ cup melted butter
Product recommendation
If you don't have any paper cases simply grease the muffin tin well and dust the moulds with flour.
Preparation steps
1.
Dust the blueberries with flour making sure it adheres well.
2.
Heat the oven to 200°C (180°C in a fan oven), 400°F, gas 6 and place paper cases in a muffin tin.
3.
Mix together the flour and the baking powder. Mix together the egg, honey, yogurt, sour cream and the butter. Fold in the flour and the stir in the blueberries.
4.
Place the mixture into the paper cases and bake for 25-30 min until golden brown. Remove from the oven and leave to cool for about 5 min. Then remove from the tin and leave to cool on a wire rack.
