- 1 cup Greek yogurt
- 4 Tbsps clear honey

Preparation steps
1.
Put 50g of the berries to one side.
2.
Put the remaining berries, yogurt and honey into a food processor and blend to a smooth ice cream texture. Spoon into freezer proof dishes.
3.
Scatter the reserved berries on top and serve at once or freeze until required.
