1 lemon

1 Tbsp lemon juice
9 ozs Yogurt (0.1% fat)

Preparation steps

Rinse the mango and halve the lemon. Prepare the remaining ingredients.

Peel the mango using a vegetable peeler or sharp knife. Cut the pulp away from the stone, then finely dice.

Add the mango juice, sugar, and the lemon juice to the blender. Squeeze the juice from the lemon halves, and add to the blender.

Puree the mango, sugar, and the lemon juice in the blender.

Add the yogurt to the mango puree, and stir to combine.

Dilute the mango-yogurt mixture with up to 8 ounces of water until the desired consistency has been reached.
