150 grams Dark chocolate
800 milliliters milk
1 Star anise
1 Cardamom
1 pinch Chili powder
2 Tbsps brown sugar (More or less, to taste)
For garnish
4 Tbsps Whipped cream (whipped)
4 Star anise

Preparation steps

1.

Chop chocolate. Bring milk to a boil in a saucepan with the star anise, cardamom, chili powder and sugar. Remove from the heat and add the chocolate while stirring. Stir until melted. Sweeten to taste with more sugar, if desired.

2.

Strain through a sieve into 4 mugs. Garnish each with a dollop of whipped cream and star anise.
