Healthy, because

Even smarter

Honeydew is low in fat and contains several key vitamins and minerals, such as Vitamin C, which boost your immune system, gives you healthy skin, strengthens tissues, and promotes healthy brain function.

If you don't have rosewater, you can use regular water and squeeze some lemon or lime for an added kick of flavor.

Preparation steps

1.

Combine sugar with 1/2 cup of water, bring to a boil and cook for about 1 minute. Remove from heat and let cool. Cut melon pulp into small cubes and puree in a blender. Add rose water to sugar syrup and place into a metal container. Add melon puree and mix well.

2.

Freeze for about 4 hours. Stir every 20-30 minutes vigorously with a fork to prevent ice crystals from forming. Place into bowls and garnish with berries. Serve.
