- 4 firm Pear
- ⅞ cup sweet white wine
- 2 Tbsps honey
- 1 tsp cinnamon

Preparation steps
1.
Heat the oven to 180ºC (160º fan) 375ºF, gas 5.
2.
Peel the pears, leaving the stalk intact and slice off the bottoms. Place in an ovenproof dish.
3.
Pour over the wine, drizzle over the honey and sprinkle over the cinnamon.
4.
Cover with foil, leaving plenty of space for the pears to steam in the liquid, and bake in the oven for 25-30 minutes, basting from time to time, or until the pears are tender.
