4 organic lemons (one juiced and zest grated, rest sliced)
8 sprigs rosemary (needles of 2 springs removed and finely chopped, 4 whole sprigs roughly chopped)
1 chili pepper (finely chopped)
2 Tbsps olive oil
1 Tbsp honey
12 Chicken drumstick

Preparation

1 Pot, 1 Skillet, 1 Measuring cups, 1 Cutting board, 1 Large knife, 1 Small knife, 1 Tablespoon, 1 Wooden spoon, 1 Peeler, 1 Sieve

Preparation steps

1.
Heat the oven to 180°C (160°C in a fan oven), 375°F, gas 5.
2.
Place the lemon slices on a baking tray lined with grease-proof paper with the 4 roughly chopped rosemary sprigs on top.
3.
Mix together the lemon juice and zest, the finely chopped rosemary, the chilli, the oil and the honey and brush onto the chicken drumsticks. Cover and leave to marinate in the fridge for approx. 30 minutes.
4.
Season well with salt and ground black pepper and place on top of the lemons and rosemary. Roast for 25-30 minutes turnng often and brushing with more marinade.
5.
Serve in glasses with lemon slices and the remaining rosemary.
