3 heirloom Tomatoes
4 hard-boiled eggs (shelled)
2 handfuls Lettuce (leaves)
3 stalks parsley (chopped)
4 ciabatta Rolls
4 Tbsps cream cheese

Preparation steps

Cut out the tomato core and cut the tomatoes into approx. 1/2" thick slices. Slice the eggs.

Halve the rolls. Spread the bottom halves with cream cheese, then layer with lettuce, tomatoes and egg. Season with salt, ground black pepper and parsley.

Place the top halves of the rolls on the sandwiches and serve.
