- 80 grams dried Plum
- 2 garlic cloves
- 1 tsp Curry (ground)
- 4 Tbsps lemon juice
- 1 Tbsp honey
- 5 Tbsps Canola oil
- salt
- peppers
- 2 stalks Celery
- 1 Zucchini
- 100 grams small button Mushroom
- 1 Peach
- 150 grams Papaya
- 4 shallots
Preparation steps

Soak the plums in lukewarm water for 30 minutes. Peel and finely chop the garlic. Add in the curry powder, lemon juice, honey, and oil. Season to taste with salt and pepper.

Trim and rinse the celery and zucchini. Cut into bite-sized pieces. Clean the mushrooms. Rinse, halve, remove the seeds, and cut the peach into wedges. Cut the papaya into pieces. peel and halve the shallots. Place the vegetables and the fruit (including the drained plums) onto wooden skewers. Brush with marinade, cover, and set aside to marinate 30 minutes.

Drain well, and transfer to an aluminum pan. Cook on a hot grill, 8 minutes. Baste occasionally with the marinade.
