2 Tomatoes
250 grams Lentils
1 l Vegetable broth
salt
freshly ground peppers
1 Tbsp Curry powder
Worcestershire sauce
3 Tbsps Crème fraiche
250 grams Dry sausage
1 bunch cilantro

Preparation steps

1.

Peel celery and onion, cut into very small cubes. Heat olive oil in a saucepan and saute onion and celery until softened. Add chopped tomatoes, lentils, vegetable broth and spices and simmer, covered, for about 10 minutes.

2.

Season with salt, pepper, curry powder and Worcestershire sauce. Add creme fraiche. cut sausage into slices and add to the stew. Rinse cilantro leave and chop finely. Sprinkle stew with cilantro and serve.
