- For Veggie Wrap
- 2 Tbsps garlic-herb, spreadable Cheese (may substitute mayonnaise)
- 1 Flour tortilla (10-inch)
- 1 handful Baby spinach (rinsed)
- 1 small ripe Tomato (rinsed; seeded and chopped)
- ¼ cup julienned carrots
- ¼ cup chopped, sweet, red peppers
- salt (to taste)
- freshly ground Black pepper (to taste)
- In Addition
- kitchen Twine (optional)
- For Stuffed Celery
- 1 rib Celery (rinsed and ends trimmed)
- 3 Tbsps cream cheese
- 1 Tbsp Sour cream
- ¼ tsp Worcestershire sauce

Preparation steps

For Veggie Wrap:

Spread cheese over the tortilla. Top with spinach leaves, tomato, carrots and red peppers. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Roll up tightly and secure with kitchen twine if desired. Cut in half and serve.

For Stuffed Celery:

Remove celery strings from celery, if desired. In a small bowl, combine cream cheese, sour cream and Worcestershire sauce. Spread cream cheese mixture onto celery. Slice into bite size pieces and serve.
