- 1 packet Puff pastry dough (frozen, about 450 grams)
- 120 grams ham (thinly sliced)
- 2 bunches scallions
- 1 Tbsp Sesame seeds
- Sesame seeds (to sprinkle)

Preparation steps

Lay out puff pastry sheets to thaw, then put sheets back together and roll out on a floured surface to about 4 mm (approximately 5/32 inch) thin into an elongated rectangle. Rinse and trim scallions and cut diagonally into thin rings.

Lay ham on pastry with scallions, sprinkle with 1 tablespoon sesame and roll up from the long side. Then cut crosswise into slices about 3 cm (approximately 1 inch). Place rolls together closely in a greased springform pan. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (approximately 350°F) for about 25-30 minutes until golden brown. Serve sprinkled with sesame seeds.
