- 150 grams Strawberries
- 150 grams Raspberries
- or another Apple juice
- 150 grams jam sugar
- juice of half lemons
- 2 Plum
- 2 Strawberries
- 2 Tbsps Blueberries
Preparation steps

Halve oranges.

Rinse 150 grams (approximately 5 ounces) of strawberries and raspberries, hull and dry, puree in a blender. Strain through a sieve. Combine lemon juice with apple juice. Bring to a boil, add sugar and simmer for 3 minutes. Cool until warm.

Rinse and dry plums, strawberries and blueberries. Pit plums, slice strawberries. Fill oranges halves with warm jelly, decorate with fruit. Serve cold.
