- 1 large Herb bouquet (ground elder and sorrel, also a little lemon balm)
- ¼ l clear Apple juice
- ¾ l dry Sparkling wine
- lemon juice (to taste)
- ½ l mineral water
- 1 organic lemon
- sugar (to taste)

Preparation steps
1.
For the punch, rinse the herbs, chop half coarsely and soak in a little water. Leave in the refrigerator for several hours, preferably overnight.
2.
The next day, strain through a sieve and collect the liquid. Pour into a carafe, along with the remaining herbs.
3.
Season with apple juice, sparkling wine, lemon juice and sugar.
Cut the lemon into slices, removing the seeds and add to the carafe.
Chill for 1-2 hours before serving.
