- 1 Sea bass 500-600 grams (approximately 1-1.25 lbs)
- olive oil (For brushing)
- 1 Tbsp lemon juice
- salt
- freshly ground peppers
- 1 Grill rack (foldable grill for whole fish)
Preparation steps

Rinse the fish and pat dry, brush with olive oil, sprinkle with lemon juice, season with salt and pepper and place in the folding grill.

Grill over low heat for 5-6 minutes on each side. Serve with lemon wedges.
