2 Corn (pre-cooked, vacuum packed or canned)
4 onions
1 garlic clove
600 grams new potatoes
8 sprigs thyme

Preparation steps

Preheat the oven to 180°C (approximately 350ºF).

Drain the corn and cut them in half. Peel the onions and cut into quarters. Cut the garlic in half horizontally. Rinse the potatoes.

Distribute all the vegetables on a baking sheet and season with salt, pepper and thyme. Drizzle with oil and bake for about 30 minutes. Then, cover with aluminum foil and bake for another 30 minutes. Agitate the vegetables from time to time so prevent them sticking to the sheet.

Serve hot.
