1 bunch parsley (about 50 grams)
1 sprig Lemon balm
1 sprig rosemary
1 sprig Basil
2 garlic cloves
2 Tbsps olive oil

Preparation steps

1.

Rinse trout inside and out and pat dry. Slice lemon. Stuff trout with half of the lemon slices and herb branches. Finely chop remaining herbs. Peel and finely chop garlic.

Mix garlic with chopped herbs and olive oil. Season with salt and pepper. Sprinkle mixture on top of fish. Heat grill to medium-hot. Grill fish, turning once, about 10 minutes. Grill remaining lemon slices alongside fish. Rinse and dry tomatoes. Cut tomatoes into thick slices and grill. Serve tomatoes and lemon slices with the trout.
