Preparation steps

Preheat the grill.

Rinse the beef, pat dry, trim, and cut into large pieces. Rinse the shrimp and pat dry. Skewer the shrimp and beef, alternating between the two.

For the marinade, peel the garlic and pass through a garlic press into a bowl. Mix with the tomato paste, oil, chili powder, oregano, salt, and pepper. Drizzle the skewers with the marinade. Grill for 6-8 minutes, then serve on plates.
