- 800 grams small, new potatoes (waxy)
- salt
- 5 Zucchini
- 3 Tbsps white balsamic vinegar
- 40 milliliters mild olive oil
- freshly ground peppers
- 4 Cutlets (about 220 grams)
- 4 Tbsps Canola oil
- 1 tsp dried rosemary
- fresh rosemary (for garnish)

Preparation steps
1.
Cook potatoes in salted boiling water, 20-25 minutes. Drain and rinse. Rinse, trim and thinly slice summer squash lengthwise. Mix squash with vinegar and olive oil and let marinate 15 minutes. Season with salt and pepper.

Halve potatoes lengthwise. In a pan, fry potatoes in canola oil over medium heat, 6-8 minutes. Season with salt, pepper, and rosemary.

Heat a grill pan. Fry pork chops about 4 minutes. Turn, and season with salt and pepper. Grill 4 minutes more. Divide potatoes, pork chops, and marinated summer squash among plates and garnish with fresh rosemary.
