Grilled Pork and Lamb
- For the ribs
- 800 grams Pork ribs
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
- 2 tablespoons onions
- 1 teaspoon Caraway
- 1 teaspoon peppercorns
- For the lamb
- 4 Lamb cutlets
- 4 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons rosemary (chopped)
- 2 garlic
- freshly ground peppers
For each dish, combine all ingredients and rub onto meat.
For the ribs: Grill over low heat for 20-30 minutes.
For the lamb: Grill over medium heat for about 10 minutes.
Lamb chops under Apply approx. 10 minutes grilling.
For the pork loin: Rinse tomatoes, remove tops, season with salt and place on foil. Top with herb butter and basil. Grill for 15-20 minutes.
Grill pork loin as desired.
Serve each dish hot, with desired condiments.
