1 scoop Mozzarella (125 grams)
100 grams cooked ham
2 ripe Tomatoes
2 Tbsps green, pitted Olives
3 slices Toast
2 tsps freshly chopped rosemary
salt

16 large button Mushroom
vegetable oil (for brushing)
2 Tbsps Herb butter

Preparation steps

Cube mozzarella and ham. Rinse tomatoes, cut into quarters, remove cores and seeds and then dice. Coarsely chop olives. Remove crust from bread and cut into cubes. Mix mozzarella, ham, tomatoes, olives and bread. Season with salt and pepper. Rinse mushrooms and remove stems.

Brush mushroom caps with oil and season with salt and pepper. Fill with mozzarella mixture and top with herb butter flakes. Place mushrooms stuffed side up on a piece of aluminum foil and fold over. Cook over a hot grill about 15 cm (approximately 6 inches) from hot coals for 6-7 minutes or until mozzarella melts. Remove and serve hot.
