- 12 crayfish
- ½ lemon
- 3 garlic cloves
- 4 Tbsps vegetable oil
- salt
- freshly ground peppers
- Lemon wedge

Preparation steps
1.
Cut the langoustines in half lengthwise and remove the intestines. Squeeze the lemon. Peel the garlic, press through a garlic press and mix the garlic and lemon juice with the oil.
2.
Preheat the grill, brush the langoustines with the oil and grill for 6 - 8 minutes, then season with salt and pepper. Serve on plates with lemon wedges.
