500 grams Ground lamb
4 garlic cloves
1 chili pepper
100 grams yellow onion
2 Tbsps chopped parsley

Preparation steps

1.

Place the ground lamb meat in a bowl. Peel the garlic and finely chop. Rinse the chile, cut lengthwise, remove seeds and cut into very small cubes. Peel the onions and finely chop.

Add the garlic with chile, parsley and onion to the ground lamb, season with salt and pepper and knead well. Cool for at least 2 hours in the refrigerator. Form the ground lamb into ping pong ball-sized spheres and thread into wooden skewers.

3.

Brush with olive oil and grill for about 8 minutes. Serve the lamb skewers to taste on a bed of crisp, mixed salad.
