- 1 garlic clove
- 4 Tbsps olive oil
- black peppers (freshly ground)
- 1 mild red Pepperoncini
- 1 sprig thyme
- 2 Limes

Preparation steps

Bring a large pot of water to a boil. Stir in salt and add crayfish. Bring briefly to a boil, then remove lobsters and let cool. Halve lobsters lengthwise with a sharp knife.

Peel garlic and press through a garlic press into a bowl. Stir in oil and season with salt and pepper. Drizzle crawfish with oil and place on a hot grill (or in a grill pan), about 5 minutes.

Meanwhile, rinse and halve peppers, remove seeds and ribs, and finely dice. Rinse thyme, shake dry and strip leaves from stems. Cut lime into thin wedges.
4.
Serve crayfish with peppers and sprinkle with thyme. Garnish with lime wedges.
