- 200 grams peeled crayfish (ready to cook)
- 3 Tbsps olive oil
- 1 garlic clove
- salt
- freshly ground peppers
- Arugula
- 4 slices Whole Wheat Toast

Preparation steps
1.
Rinse crayfish tails and pat dry. Peel garlic.
2.
In a pan, fry crayfish tails in oil, stirring, about 3 minutes. Press garlic through a garlic press into the pan and season with salt and pepper.
3.
Lay crayfish on 2 slices of bread. Layer with arugula and top with remaining bread slices. Press down lightly and cut diagonally.
