- 400 grams Glutinous rice flour
- 2 Tbsps Matcha
- 400 milliliters Coconut milk (sweetened)
- 600 grams sugar
- cornstarch (for dusting)

Preparation steps
1.
Sieve the flour into a bowl. Mix in the match. Stir with the coconut milk, sugar and 300 ml (approximately 1 1/4 cups) water until smooth. Divide the dough into small mochi pans (or tartlet pans), place in a bamboo steamer (in portions as required) and cook about 20 minutes. Remove from the steamer, allow to cool, remove from the pans and leave to cool rolled in cornstarch.
