250 grams Whipped cream
Green tea powder (Asian or health food store)
3 Tbsps powdered sugar
1 splash lemon juice
1 generous pinch grated Lime zest
150 grams Crème fraiche
1 centiliter Mint liqueur

Preparation steps

Heat the cream slightly and dissolve as much green tea powder that is appetizing until a green color is achieved. Cool the cream, preferably overnight.

2.

Beat the green tea cream until stiff. Add the crème fraîche until creamy, then add the powdered sugar, lime zest, mint liqueur and stir in the lemon juice. Fold in the recently whipped green tea cream , fill the mousse into bowls and refrigerate. Serve with a little green tea powder sprinkled.
