100 grams freshly grated Parmesan
100 grams sliced Bacon (or pancetta)
1 Tbsp olive oil
1 garlic clove
Basil (for garnish)

Preparation steps

1.

Cook the tagliatelle in boiling salted water until al dente.

Break the eggs into a large, preheated bowl. Stir in the Parmesan. Season with pepper.

Cut the bacon into strips. Heat the oil in a pan and saute. Peel and mince the garlic. Stir the garlic into the bacon.

Drain the pasta. Immediately add the bacon mixture and the pasta to the egg bowl. Mix well. Transfer to plates and serve garnished with basil.
