4 slices Goat cheese (from a log of goat cheese)

Preparation steps

Peel the kiwi, mash and strain through a sieve. Mix the kiwi fruit puree with 100 ml (approximately 1/2 cup) of water and the powdered sugar and boil down to about 1/3. Pour into a bowl and allow to cool. Rinse the strawberries, trim, pat dry and cut in half or quarters as needed.

To serve, place the goat cheese on plate, top with some kiwi sauce and top with the strawberries. Garnish with pistachios and almond pastries, if desired.
