1 Tbsp butter

200 milliliters Whipped cream
60 grams Roquefort cheese

Preparation steps

1.

Cook the gnocchi according to the package directions in boiling salted water. Clean and slice the mushrooms. Peel and finely chop the shallots and garlic.

Heat the butter in a pan, and sauté the mushrooms until lightly browned turning occasionally. Season to taste with salt and pepper, then add the shallots and garlic.

3.

Once the shallots are translucent, deglaze the pan with the cream. Crumble in the cheese and bring to a boil. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Add the drained gnocchi to the pan, and serve.
