- 150 grams Cranberry (dried)
- 500 milliliters Vegetable broth (homemade or gluten-free)
- 150 grams Walnut
- salt
- peppers
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- ½ tsp ground cilantro
- parsley (for garnish)
Preparation steps

In a bowl, mix couscous with cranberries. Bring broth to a boil and pour over couscous. Cover and steam about 10 minutes. Stir in walnut halves and season with salt, pepper, lemon juice, and cilantro.

Divide couscous among bowls and serve garnished with parsley.
