- 8 ozs gluten-free puff pastry
- 8 ozs whole Camembert
- 2 Tbsps gluten-free cherry jam
- 1 egg (beaten)
- 1 Tbsp water

Preparation steps
1.
Heat the oven to 200°C (180° fan) 400°F gas 6. Line a baking tray with non-stick baking paper.
2.
Roll out the pastry between 2 sheets of non-stick baking paper, into a round large enough to enclose the cheese.
3.
Place the cheese in the centre and spread the jam on top.
4.
Beat together the egg and water.
5.
Fold the pastry up over the cheese to cover. Brush the seam of the pastry with the egg mixture and press to seal. Trim the excess pastry. Place on the baking tray. Decorate with the pastry trimmings, if desired. Brush with the egg mixture.
6.
Bake for about 25 minutes until the pastry is golden brown. Stand for about 15 minutes before serving.
