- 100 grams softened butter
- 175 grams sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp real Bourbon vanilla
- 1 pinch salt
- 250 grams Pastry flour
- 2 tsps Baking powder
- 150 grams Yogurt
- Fat (for greasing the pan)
- 150 grams powdered sugar
- 3 Tbsps lemon juice
Preparation steps

Preheat the oven to 175°C (approximately 350°F). Grease the loaf pan. Beat the butter and sugar until light and creamy. Add the eggs, vanilla and salt and mix well. Stir in the flour and baking powder alternately with the yogurt. Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and bake for 35-40 minutes, until a toothpick inserted comes out clean. Remove from the oven, carefully turn out of the loaf pan and cool on a wire rack.

Whisk together the powdered sugar and lemon juice until smooth and drizzle over the cooled cake. Decorate with yogurt covered candies, if desired. Allow the glaze to dry, slice and serve.
