- 2 sheets frozen Puff pastry thawed (475 g | 17 oz)
- 2 Tbsps butter (softened)
- ¼ cup sugar
- ½ cup brown sugar
- 2 Tbsps cinnamon
- Glaze

- ½ cup brown sugar
- ½ tsp salt

Preparation steps

Preheat oven to 400ºF / 200ºC. Coat muffin pan (12 count) with cooking spray.

Unfold the Puff Pastry sheets out on a lightly floured surface. Spread 1 tablespoon of softened butter out onto each sheet. Next, spread half of the 1/4 cup of sugar and 1/2 cup of brown sugar onto each sheet. Sprinkle 1 tablespoon of cinnamon onto each sheet. Roll the sheets into long rolls, then cut them each in to 6 even pieces.

Place rolls in prepared muffin tin.

Creaming together butter, salt and brown sugar. Brush the tops of each cinnamon roll with the glaze mixture. Place the muffin tin on a baking sheet. Bake for 25-27 minutes, until puffed and golden. Let them cool in the muffin pan for 2 minutes. Place another sheet pan on top, and invert them, removing the muffin pan. Serve.
