- ⅓ cup light brown sugar (packed)
- ½ cup honey
- ¾ cup Pineapple juice
- ½ tsp ground ginger
- 1 clove garlic cloves (peeled and finely minced)
- 1 fully cooked, boneless ham (about 2.5 kg)

Preparation steps
1.
In a large plastic food storage bag or bowl, combine brown sugar, honey, pineapple juice, ginger and garlic. Place ham in the marinade, coating well, and let marinate in the refrigerator for at least six hours, or overnight. Turn frequently.

Preheat the oven to 350º F / 180º C. Place ham in a roasting pan. Brush with marinade, reserving the remaining marinade for basting. Bake, basting frequently for 1 hour to heat through or until an instant read meat thermometer reads about 140º F / 60º C. Do not over cook as this will cause the ham to be dry.
3.
Transfer ham to a serving platter and cut into thin slices. Serve.
