- 1 pc ginger (1 1/2" long)
- 1 Tbsp water
- salt
- freshly ground peppers
- 4 Marigolds (or other edible flowers)

Preparation steps
1.
Peel and finely grate the ginger. Mix the cream cheese, water, and ginger. Season with salt and pepper.
2.
Pluck the petals of 3 flowers and fold into the mixture.
3.
Garnish with the remaining flowers. Serve with a strong whole wheat bread.
