Gin and Framboise Mixed Drink
Place 4 martini glasses in the freezer to chill as you prepare the cocktail.
Combine the gin, vermouth and framboise in a food processor then add a couple of handfuls of ice cubes.
Blend until you have a slushy, icy mixture adding more ice and blending again if the mixture is too wet.
Once you have the ideal consistency, pour into the chilled martini glasses. Thread a raspberry onto cocktail sticks and place in the glasses before serving.
