600 grams Pork tenderloin (ready to cook)
250 grams Broccoli
salt
2 Apple (such as boskoop)
2 Tbsps lemon juice
250 grams carrots
2 centimeters fresh ginger
vegetable oil

1 Tbsp Lime juice
1 tsp liquid honey
400 grams Wide rice noodle

Preparation steps

1.

Rinse the meat, pat dry, remove the extra fat and cut into narrow strips.

Rinse, trim and blanch the broccoli for 5 minutes in boiling salted water. Remove,rinse in cold water and drain well. Rinse the apples, quarter, remove the core and cut into narrow columns. Immediately sprinkle with 2 tablespoons of lemon juice. Peel the carrots, and cut into thin, long strips.

Peel the ginger and grate finely.

In a wok, heat 2 tablespoons of oil and brown the meat in portions briefly. Remove and set aside. Add the vegetables, ginger and fruit in the wok. When required, pour in a little more oil and sauté, stirring occasionally. Add the meat back into the wok, mix with the vegetables and season with salt, pepper, lime juice and honey to taste.

Cook the rice noodles in boiling salted water until al dente, Drain and put into bowls. Serve immediately with the meat and the vegetables on top.
